Admissions – Mindview Academy

The admissions process at Mindview Academy: is designed to help you learn about Mindview Acacdemy, while helping us to become better acquainted with you and your student. To determine if our programme can meet your student’s needs, we hold for about 30-minute interviews with the parents and the student to explain the school’s polices and curriculum.

Applicants are to bring the followings:

A summery counseling report and an old report cards from an Ontario School.
A Canadian ID e.g driver licence or health card.

An admission oral interview and a test will be given as needed in the areas of Mathematics, English and behaviour to assess the student level and what course he/she needs.

How to apply to Mindview Academy

Step 1

Make an appointment to visit our campus to see our classrooms in session. Meet with the principal and have the student assessed. Or Make an appointment over the phone or video conference.

Step 2

Complete the registration application form below which includes the following and return it to the school office or email the scan of the application signed:

Application for enrolment
Enrolment Agreement contract of mutual agreement.
Medical Information (any medical Alert or medication)
Payment or preauthorized payment plan
Contact Information (including telephone numbers and email address)
Emergency Contact number and email.
Signatures of both the parent (or guardian) and the student.
